She repeated to me and requested me to come to the bank. Since I had come to Vashi, I live in the village, so I immediately went to the bank. She met Sanika madam. She asked me my documents and asked me about my account. After that, I gave her an account. When I gave the number, there was a considerable amount on it, the madam said that you have two accounts, you should close this account and transfer your money to both your accounts. In about ten minutes, the madam did the entire work for me. At that time, I asked her how she got my number. My account was from 1992. I had withdrawn it when I was in Ghatkopar, but I had forgotten that it had been transferred to me. Then she called me from my mobile number on the KYC form of my current account in Bank of Maharashtra. I feel special to say that I had ignored it, but Sanika madam followed up with such thorough study and called me repeatedly and thanked me for the work of the bank so quickly. Her other staff also smiled and provided good service to not only me but all the customers. I had experienced some mistakes in the past, but from today's experience, I sincerely thank Sanika madam, a specialty of Bank of Maharashtra Vashi branch. May everyone get such customer service. (Original) मी विक्रम जगताप राहणार सानपाडा मी बँक ऑफ महाराष्ट्रात खातेदार असून माझे व माझ्या पत्नीचे बँक खाते केवायसी करून साधारण तीन महिन्यापूर्वी ठेवले त्यानंतर एक पंधरा दिवसांपूर्वी मला बँक ऑफ महाराष्ट्र वाशी येथून बोलत असल्याचे एका महिलेने सांगून तुम्ही केवायसी केली नाही बँकेत येऊन भेटा अन्यथा तुमचे अकाउंट बंद होईल अथवा पैसे आरबीआय ला जातील .मी त्यांना म्हटलं मी ऑलरेडी माझ्या आणि माझ्या पत्नीचे दोघांची केवायसी केलेली आहे त्यामुळे त्या नंबरचा मला संशय आल्याने मी दुर्लक्ष केले त्यानंतर साधारण एक दहा दिवसांनी मला एक मेसेज आला त्यावर एक अकाउंट नंबर शेवटचे चार डिजिट तुमचे पैसे आरबीआय कडे वर्ग झाले आहेत ते खाते माझे परिचित नसल्याने मी त्याकडे दुर्लक्ष केले परंतु आज पुन्हा त्या बँकेतून फोन आला फोनवर नाव सानिका देशपांडे या महिलेचे होते पूर्वी पंधरा दिवसापूर्वी माझ्याशी बोललेली महिला या त्याच होत्या कारण त्यावेळी मी त्यांना गावी असल्याचे सांगितले होते अगदी तेच कारण मला त्यांनी रिपीट केले आणि मला बँकेत येण्याची विनंती केली मी वाशीला आलो असल्याने तसा मी गावी राहत असतो त्यामुळे मी तात्काळ बँकेत गेलो सानिका मॅडमना भेटलो त्यांनी माझी डॉक्युमेंट व माझी विचारपूस केली त्यानंतर मला एक अकाउंट नंबर दिला त्यावर बऱ्यापैकी रक्कम होती तेव्हा त्या मॅडम म्हणाल्या की तुमचे दोन खाती आहेत तुम्ही हे खात बंद करून तुमचे पैसे तुमच्या दोन्ही अकाउंट मध्ये ट्रान्सफर करून घ्या साधारण दहा मिनिटांमध्ये मॅडम यांनी माझे संपूर्ण काम करून दिले त्यावेळी मी त्यांना विचारलं अकाउंट माझे 1992 सालचे होते मी घाटकोपरला असताना काढले होते परंतु ते मला ट्रान्सफर झाले असे समजून मी विसरून गेलो होतो ते माझा नंबर कसा मिळवला तेव्हा त्यांनी माझ्या चालू अकाउंट बँक ऑफ महाराष्ट्र मधील खात्याचे केवायसी नंबर केवायसी फॉर्म वरील माझ्या मोबाईल नंबर वरून मला फोन केला मला सांगावेसे विशेष वाटते की मी दुर्लक्ष केलं होतं परंतु सानिका मॅडमनी इतका सखोल अभ्यासपूर्वक पाठपुरावा करून मला वारंवार फोन करून बँकेच्या कामाची कृतज्ञता इतकी जलद केली त्यांच्या इतर स्टाफ ने देखील हसतमुख पणे मलाच नव्हे सर्व ग्राहक यांना चांगली सेवा देताना दिसून आले पूर्वी थोडेफार काही चुकीचे अनुभवले होते परंतु आजच्या अनुभवावरून बँक ऑफ महाराष्ट्र वाशी शाखा विशेषता सानिका मॅडम यांचे मनःपूर्वक धन्यवाद अशीच ग्राहक सेवा सर्वांना मिळो ही ईश्वरचरणी प्रार्थना .
