Staff of this branch is very cooperative.....but systems are very slow....please update systems

The rating is for bank staff only. Initially they come off as careless. But if you spend some more time, you'll notice they are severely understaffed, but try their best to serve all the customers. Most customers are severely uneducated mannerless people who don't even understand or respect queues. One worker has to handle 3-4 customer at once. If I had to work in that location, I would immediately resign and accept a lower paying job. As I stood in the queue, I had to tell several such uneducated customers to go behind me since I was there before them. The staff understood the problems faced by me, but were busy with loads of them coming and encircling them. At some point out of frustration, I called out their lack of system, upon which a staff urged me to fill out a form, and submit, and they will take care of it. Next day it was done. I hadn't expected it to be that fast. These people do their job, and they are honest with it. They need more branches and more staff around so that they don't experience a burn out sooner or later. Dear Management please take a note of this.
