Manager is good and very fst in any loan process. Had a very great experience availing the loan locker facilities. I was new but work was done in n hour. Good gold loan facility in 30mnts all the documentation is done and the amount was credited in my account. But staff shortage is there. If proper staff strength is provided this bank can do wonders.
