The staff is very cooperative and always willing to assist. Although the team is small, they are dedicated and work hard to serve customers effectively.
We needed to update the KYC for my aunt, who is a senior citizen and unable to visit the branch in person. When we inquired about the procedure, the staff was very helpful and guided us through the process. It was hassle-free.
Roadside parking is available.
Statement printing is also possible, as a machine is available on-site.

Very co-operative staff. They are always ready to help you. Staff is limited but the recruited staff is working very hard to serve the customers. Most of the times the customers don't have complete knowledge about the banking system which causes wrong impression about the bank & their employees.
