The 3 stars are for 3 staff members who are nice. Lost out on 2 stars because of one who is mentioned in my experience below.
I am a customer of the Bavdhan, Pune Branch. I had just now been to the branch for locker service and enquiry. The locker service happened promplty, thanks to the kaka in white uniform. He is always available to help customers.
However when i wanted to enquire about my term deposit, the lady (hindi speaking) at counter 2 had closed her counter during banking hours (apparently doing clearing work, which i believe they normally do after customer banking hours). When asked she spoke rudely and with such attitude as if she owns the bank.
At least the lady in cash counter 1 (she is actually a nice person) asked whether there was any misunderstanding but ultimately i think she is influenced by the counter lady next to her (one rotten apple spoils the rest, it is said).
Assisting and helping customers guiding them through banking services is any bank employee's priority but now a days in bank of maharashtra services its opposite and not how it used to be.
There is no lunch break timings specifically written but normal 10am to 3.30 pm is mentioned which i understand are banking hours- Customer's Hours. Other banks have wider banking hours window so when we go to bank of maharashtra during the limited banking hours we definitely DO NOT expect attitude and rudeness thrown towards us.
This is a sincere request to consider nicer human beings as bank employees. Most maybe nice but the few that are there are spoiling Bank of Maharashtra's name.
