My uncle's son has an account in your branch just six months ago. He had opened his account in your branch at that time itself. Your staff booked him under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana without informing him.When they went to the branch they were made to run around again and again and the maam sitting there repeatedly gave the same answer that when the money comes from above then they will call you but till date no call has come from their side when Payment was deducted from his account twice And just 10 days ago another 436 rupees were deducted from his account where he was supposed to refund 228 rupees but instead the bank deducted another 436 rupees so please tell us the solution for this
