A few days ago, I had used the ATM at Gogol for cash withdrawal. In my hurry I left the ATM without collecting my card. I realized it only that evening. I was having trouble connecting with the bank as I had no number and the call center which i connected with also gave me a incorrect number. This morning I happened to go back early morning to the Bank ATM and was able to note down a local number given for deposits mentioned on a AD. I called the number and it was promptly answered by a very courteous lady officer. She noted my details and had confirmed they had found my card in the machine. She asked me to visit the branch and collect the same. I visited the branch and the lady was very prompt and courteous and without any delay handed over my card after due verification of my identity.
