I have approached Shaniwar Peth branch for Home loan. Branch manager Mr.Korade is polite & guided us for the transaction. He has explained all pros & cons in processing. Staff is very cooperative & helped even after office hours.
Though Loan ROI is competitive compared to other banks , BOM is demanding various documents for loan processing & approval timeline is bit lengthy. Loan processing charges are high which should be at par with other banks.
Overall experience with branch is satisfactory.
The staff & branch manager are professional, helpful and made banking easy and straightforward.
