Mai kayi daalo se BOM ka customer hu but I never experienced poor services from any staff. Kuch logo ki aadat hi hoti hai bina soche samze zagda karne ki. Kuch customers toh aise bhi dekhe hai ki atm hone ke bawjud withdrawal ke liye line me ghanto khade rehte hai or staff se rudely behave karte hai.. Or kuch aise log bhi aate hai jinka khudka account bhi nahi hota fir bhi complaint ki dhamki dete hai.. I always experienced, BOM ka staff work dedicate hai or office hours ke baad bhi customer ke kaam karte rehte hai. Management must increase the staff number for more better services to customers.

I'm also customer of this branch and customer service is good. No issue with staff service. They are cooperative and working with minimum staff still provide service in best possible way. If someone is facing issue with online services then it's responsibility of management to improve their online banking servers . What is fault of staff if online apps are not available. They are under updation maximum time.
