I recently applied for an education loan through the Bank of Maharashtra, and I must say it has been one of the most pleasant banking experiences I’ve ever had.
From the very first enquiry visit to the final sanction, everything was handled with professionalism, speed, and genuine care for the customer. I only had to visit the branch twice — once for enquiry and once for document submission. Within just about 15 days (including several public holidays in between), my loan was sanctioned smoothly and without any unnecessary hurdles.
A special mention goes to Ashwarya Ma’am. Their dedication, humility, and willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. I have personally seen them staying late to ensure that work gets completed on time. This kind of commitment is rare to see these days in the banking sector.
What touched me the most was the humbleness and positive attitude of the staff. A bank is ultimately represented by its employees, and in this branch, I felt genuine customer care and responsibility at every step. In contrast to my experience with another bank (where response and activeness were very low), Bank of Maharashtra set a gold standard.
