When I look at Google reviews for this branch, I am disheartened by the single star rating given to this branch.
The Pantnagar branch has served my family well for almost forty five years (since the early 1980s). It was one of the few banks in Pantnagar then.
As Pantnagar has grown the branch clientele volume has likely grown considerably. The personnel at the branch do their best to deal with the increasing demand for banking services.
In the recent past the branch manager Mr. Chavan and the branch officer have been extremely helpful in my interactions with the branch.
For a good experience at this branch please remember
- to take into account that the branch is extremely busy presently
- to get yourself organized wrt the necessary documentation for the task at hand
- to be patient especially since different banks have different procedures
I have given the branch a four star rating considering the service it has provided me and my family for the past 45 years
There is always room for improvement in any bank, field or walk of life, but I would never give the branch a single star rating that most of the other reviewers have provided
Thanks to all the staff throughout the years for their yeoman service to the community and my family

You can never trust to get your job done! I've applied for various edits like changing my phone number, my aadhar linking, etc. But it never got processed! Very odd timings you can never expect them to be open at their provided timings. Just go between 11am to 2pm. Watchman is friendly!
